Near East Foundation (NEF) invites eligible organizations and financial institutions operating in Syria to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to explore potential partnership opportunities supporting inclusive economic empowerment, livelihoods, enterprise development, and access to finance.
Through this process, NEF aims to identify and assess prospective partners with the relevant experience, operational capacity, and institutional capabilities to contribute to its current and future programming in Syria.
The call is open to organizations and institutions working in relevant areas, including economic empowerment, livelihoods, enterprise and business development, and financial services.
Interested organizations are invited to complete the online Expression of Interest form in Arabic or English through the link below:
https://ee-eu.kobotoolbox.org/x/YV38GN7u
Applicants should complete all applicable mandatory fields and upload the requested supporting documents. Financial amounts should be reported in US dollars or euros, with the original currency and exchange-rate details provided where applicable.
Submission of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a partnership, contract, or funding.
NEF may request additional information, review supporting documentation, conduct reference checks and financial or operational assessments, and undertake field visits as part of the assessment process.
Submitted information will be retained in NEF's database of potential partners for two years.
Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 2 November 2026 at 23:59 Syria time (UTC+3). Submissions received after the deadline may not be considered.
For further information, please use the contact details provided in the online form.
