We carry out assignments within ESG, sustainable finance, strategy, business development, corporate acquisitions, organizational development, change management, innovation management, responsible business, crisis preparedness, security protection, total defense, policy analysis, investigation, evaluation, governance, behavioral insights, service design, and social economics. Inviting Bright Minds

As an intern, you will become part of our knowledge environment in Sweden. Through the projects, you will develop your understanding of how the transition to a sustainable society looks in practice. You will learn how we as consultants help companies navigate a world of new business opportunities, legal requirements, crises, and disruptions. You will also gain good insight into the public system at various levels and how businesses are concretely governed and affected by political decisions. The work is very varied, eventful, and development-oriented, and you will get to experience the consulting role for real. The internship offers the opportunity for a lot of personal responsibility, and we place great emphasis on you as an intern being able to shape your internship time with us. You will work closely with your supervisor who supports you in developing and gradually taking more responsibility during the internship period. The length of the internship period is 20 weeks (semester-based).

Your Main Tasks:

• Work in all phases of assignments, from startup with the client to data collection, analysis, and delivery
• Gradually test taking partial responsibility for different work packages and deliverables
• Participate in our bidding and marketing work
• Assist in method, business, and business development work
