About the Role

We are looking for someone who is a genuine team player, passionate about Supply Chain Management, and wants to develop with us and our clients!

AFRY Supply Chain Management consists of about 50 engaged consultants in logistics, production, and purchasing. We now want to expand our operations with an additional junior consultant in the Stockholm area.

With our combined experience and expertise, we help our clients with assignments and projects within Supply Chain Management. The nature of the assignments varies depending on the client's challenges and questions; no two assignments are alike. Our engagements cover, among other things, deeper analyses, development of specifications, and procurement to consulting during implementation and organizational changes.

As a junior consultant, your tasks may include:

• Operational and strategic production planning
• Project logistics (strategy, implementation, and execution)
• Layout and material flow analysis
• Operational and strategic purchasing
• Specification, purchasing, and implementation of business systems (e.g., ERP/WMS)

A great curiosity and the ability to share your knowledge with clients and colleagues are important parts of our team's culture. Requirements

We are looking for innovative individuals, preferably with a master's degree or equivalent background, who have worked in the field for 1-3 years. You have the ability to quickly understand the client's challenges to develop sustainable, innovative solutions of high quality together. You enjoy working with people and have led parts or entire projects.

It is important that you are interested in building and developing relationships both internally and externally and that you are attentive and communicative. We expect you to have a driver's license B, as travel may be a natural part of your role, and that you are proficient in both Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

Our assignments are varied, and many are in security-classified areas, which means you may need to undergo a security check before starting with us. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
