In this global role, you enable succession readiness, internal mobility, performance, and growth across a decentralized organization, helping build the capabilities and leadership pipeline needed for the future.

About the job

You lead our global talent growth and performance agenda, connecting people priorities with business needs and Group frameworks. Working together with HR teams and business leaders across Mining, you help activate talent, succession, and performance practices that support long-term workforce readiness. Through collaboration, influence, and practical guidance, you help translate strategy and talent insights into meaningful development, mobility, and growth outcomes.

Job responsibilities

• Drive succession readiness for critical roles with clear and inclusive practices.
• Turn talent reviews and workforce insights into clear development.
• Enable internal mobility by increasing talent visibility and strengthening growth.
• Shape performance and growth practices that create clear direction and impact.
• Strengthen early-career, emerging talent and leadership pipelines with targeted development opportunities.
• Use talent insights to identify risks, track outcomes and focus improvements.
• Strengthen the exit experience with a consistent approach and actionable insights.

Location and flexibility

This is a global position. Stockholm is the preferred location, although flexibility is offered for the right candidate.

Your profile

You bring relevant experience in talent, succession, leadership development, and performance practices within a complex global organization. With a strong understanding of how people priorities connect to business needs, you turn strategy into practical and measurable outcomes.

Your background includes

• Experience working across organizational and geographical boundaries in a decentralized environment.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• A structured and evidence-based approach to translating data and insights into clear priorities and action.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate constructive dialogue.
• Experience in talent development within a complex global organization.
• Collaborative and purpose-driven, you bring people together around a shared direction and help turn ambition into action. You value different perspectives, build trust across diverse stakeholder groups, and balance strategic thinking with practical execution. You communicate clearly, exercise sound judgment, and stay curious about how practices can continuously improve.
