As a Brand Manager for Libresse, you will be part of a high-performing Nordic Marketing team responsible for developing one of the most trusted feminine care brands across the region. You will play a central role in shaping the brand agenda across the Nordic and Baltic markets, working closely with commercial teams as well as regional and global stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Libresse brand and commercial agenda across the Nordics and Baltics. You will translate the global strategy into clear regional priorities and locally relevant activities that support profitable growth, market share development and long-term brand equity.
You will own key parts of the annual brand plan and lead the development and execution of communication, campaigns, innovation launches and commercial initiatives. You will also manage the product portfolio and contribute to pricing and assortment priorities.
Working cross-functionally with Digital, SoMe, E-commerce, local commercial teams and global teams, you will ensure alignment from strategy through execution. The role involves extensive interaction with local, regional and global stakeholders, as well as external partners and agencies.
This position is based in Gothenburg, and reports to the Marketing Manager Feminine Region North.
You are a commercially minded and consumer-focused marketer who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You feel comfortable taking ownership, setting direction and turning insights into clear priorities and impactful marketing activities. You are a collaborative and engaging team player who builds trust across functions and markets.
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
Strong experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in translating brand, consumer, and market insights into growth opportunities.
Proven ability to develop brand plans and lead campaigns, portfolio initiatives, or product launches from strategy to execution.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization.
Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language, with ability to travel within the region when required.
