MAN Financial Services is expanding its presence across the East Adriatic Region, including Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. To support the further development of our business in Slovenia, we are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Financial Representative to join our team in Ljubljana.

Job Responsibilities

As a Financial Representative, you will support customers throughout the financing process — from the first commercial discussion and assessment of customer needs to financial analysis, preparation of financing proposals, contracting and ongoing portfolio management.

You will work closely with customers and the vehicle sales organization to develop competitive and sustainable financing solutions, while ensuring sound credit decisions, high-quality customer service and full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and support the development of financing business.
• Identify customer needs and prepare appropriate financing and insurance solutions in cooperation with relevant internal teams.
• Manage customer meetings, negotiations and the financing process from initial request through approval and contracting.
• Assess customer creditworthiness, financial position and relevant business risks, and prepare financing applications and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate financing agreements, offers and other customer-related documentation.
• Monitor active financing agreements, portfolio quality, outstanding receivables and relevant customer developments.
• Cooperate closely with vehicle sales, credit, operations and other internal stakeholders to provide integrated customer solutions.
• Monitor relevant market and customer developments and provide input to support commercial activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable AML, sanctions, data-protection and internal company requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales, credit and financing processes and perform other related duties as required.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, credit, leasing, banking, financial administration or a similar role within the financial sector.

Good understanding of financial statements and basic principles of credit and financial analysis.

Strong customer orientation and commercial mindset.

Ability to combine sales opportunities with appropriate risk awareness.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to organize work independently and manage multiple customer cases and priorities.

Good computer skills and confidence working with business systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.

Category B driving licence.
