Summary

The Supervisor will direct the full lifecycle of maintenance and logistics operations on the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program in an austere location. Ensure 100% compliance with the Performance Work Statement and Federal Acquisition Regulations property standards in a high-tempo, and contingency/tactical environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervises the Work Control function within assigned AOR, typically multiple Work Control centers at separate sites in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Planned Preventive Maintenance, and Company standard operating procedures.
• Leads the work scheduling and planning functions as necessary to support effective project execution within a variety of operational environments.
• Develops an accurate work schedule and utilizes work control methods that support operational effectiveness.
• Tracks required maintenance cycles, equipment utilization, calibration schedules and coordinates inventory of spare parts and materials needed to effect maintenance and repairs.
• Synchronizes host nation (HN), other country national (OCN), and expat labor schedules.
• Communicates schedule updates with functional leaders as necessary to obtain information, provide schedule updates and maintain operational effectiveness.
• Monitors actual performance against plan and evaluates variances; adjusts schedule and operations as necessary, communicates changes and proposed mitigation plans to functional leads and site management.
• Confirms work status, evaluates execution effectiveness and recommends process improvements.
• Coordinates work plan with other ongoing site activity, materials and personnel availability, and changing operational priorities; revises work plan and communicates updates as appropriate.
• Prioritizes Emergency, Urgent, and Routine Work Orders.
• Manages the "Waiting for Parts" (WFP) backlog to prevent mission degradation.
• Provides planning, scheduling and control recommendations and support to operational leadership.
• Maintains "Audit-Ready" digital and physical records for DCAA/DCMA inspections.
• Ensures labor and timekeeping entries within the specialized software tools meet federal audit standards.
• Ensures parts issued match physical stock levels.
• Supervises work orders through the full lifecycle to ensure accurate site reporting.
• Documents assets from acquisition through final disposal.
• Leads work teams and initiatives, as necessary.
• Cross-cultural leadership, crisis management, and the ability to interpret complex federal regulations under tactical stress.
• Maintains as the highest priority, a safe workplace.

Experience & Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma, General Education Diploma equivalent, or equivalent combination of formal education and Work Control experience.
• Eight to eleven years' related Work Control experience.
• Requires computer skills and proficiency using Email, Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and specialized Enterprise Logistics Management, Enterprise Asset Management and Computerized Maintenance Management applications such as, IBM Maximo, SAP, Bluebeam, CPARS, and SKOLMS.
• Maximo user, EAM lifecycle, advanced query building, PM automation, labor hours tracking, and Start Center KPI management.
• Sets, Kits, and Outfits, ensuring sub-component integrity during tech inspections.
• Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS for "gap reporting” between CMMS data and PWS requirements.
