Reporting to his subsidiary's Chief Executive Officer, the Human Resources Manager will be in charge of overseeing all aspects of workforce management and payroll, ensuring the company’s attractiveness and the implementation of the HR strategy, overseeing talent development and ongoing employee training, contributing to the creation of a corporate culture and the improvement of the work environment, and participating in managing labor relations and preventing conflicts. The incumbent will be responsible for the following key activities:

• Ensure comprehensive workforce and payroll management
• Ensure the company’s attractiveness and the implementation of the HR strategy
• Ensure talent development and ongoing training for employees
• Contribute to building a corporate culture and improving the workplace environment
• Participate in managing labor relations and preventing conflicts

Profil recherché

Education

Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Management, or a related field.

Experience

Between 6 and 8 years of professional experience in a similar role. Significant experience in general human resources management. Experience in a regulated environment or in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.

Hard skills
