Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Officer to join our Group Wholesale Banking, Credit Middle Office Administration & Reporting Team. This role plays a key part in supporting credit monitoring activities, reporting requirements, and administrative processes to ensure smooth and effective middle office operations.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Daily Current/Overdraft Account Excess Tagging in system
• Perform Mark to Market of securities and investment products such as Stocks & shares, unit trusts, and bonds
• Support annual fee collection processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Prepare, Compile and submit internal monthly reports
• Serve as a key contact point for Credit Middle Office-related matters and provide support to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, records, and overall middle office housekeeping activities.
• Support ongoing process improvements and ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

Fresh Graduate with a Degree or Diploma are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of banking or financial services experience will have an added advantage.

• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
