About the Role

Responsible for leading the strategic direction, governance, and continuous enhancement of the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform globally. This role acts as the bridge between business planning teams, IT, and external partners to ensure SAP IBP capabilities effectively support business objectives and end-to-end planning processes. The position drives system optimization, roadmap development, transformation initiatives, process standardization, and user adoption while ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and operational excellence across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP/IBP, and Analytics.

• Define and maintain the SAP IBP product roadmap aligned with business strategy and planning maturity objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks for system enhancements, change requests, prioritization, and release management.
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and executive leadership.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new SAP IBP capabilities and innovations.
• Own the end-to-end SAP IBP solution landscape, including planning models, master data design, integrations, and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning effectiveness, automation, process efficiency, and user productivity.
• Ensure continuous optimization of planning algorithms, key figures, alerts, workflows, and planning processes.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Market Planning teams to understand evolving business requirements.
• Manage business requirements, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Drive data governance standards and improve master data quality.
• Develop and execute SAP IBP training and capability-building programs.
• Build a strong CoE culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a team of SAP IBP functional experts, product owners, analysts, and system specialists.
• Establish performance objectives and development plans for team members.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline. 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, SAP IBP, Planning Transformation, or Enterprise Systems. 5+ years of leadership experience managing planning systems, CoE functions, or transformation teams. Proven experience delivering SAP IBP implementations and large-scale planning transformation programs. Experience working in global and matrix organizations.
