We are seeking an outstanding APAC Chief Commercial Officer to define and implement the commercial growth strategy for the region. The APAC CCO is responsible for developing and delivering the revenue growth plans for the region, aligning client strategy, sales execution, and commercial rigor to drive scalable, differentiated growth, while consistently modelling a “one-firm” attitude.
At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
This role will drive the growth of core businesses in the geography by accelerating cross-solution line alliances and leading named growth strategies in partnership with regional, sub-regional, and country leadership teams.
Holds, or can obtain, all regulatory licences, permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under local and regional legislation.
The APAC CCO will be directly accountable to the APAC CEO, with a helix to the Global CCO. The sub-region CCOs helix to the sub-region CEO and the APAC CCO. The Bid Management Asia Leader reports directly to the APAC CCO. The Sales Enablement Leader APAC helixes to the Global Sales Enablement Leader and the APAC CCO. The APAC CCO will be expected to fully participate on the Global Growth Committee, representing the needs and interests of APAC.
This is not a traditional regional sales leadership role. As APAC Chief Commercial Officer, you will have the rare opportunity to shape the growth agenda for one of Aon's most dynamic regions, influencing strategy, client leadership, innovation, pricing, marketing and commercial execution across multiple markets and solution lines. Working directly with the APAC CEO and Global CCO, you will sit at the centre of Aon's growth strategy, helping to unlock new opportunities, strengthen our one-firm approach and deliver differentiated solutions that address some of the most complex risk, health, wealth and talent challenges facing clients across the region. This role offers exceptional visibility, influence and the ability to make a lasting impact on both Aon's growth trajectory and the future of our clients' businesses.
A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. Plus, our agile, inclusive environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon. Furthermore, all colleagues enjoy two “Global Wellbeing Days” each year, encouraging you to take time to focus on yourself. We offer a variety of working style solutions, but we also recognize that flexibility goes beyond just the place of work... and we are all for it. We call this Smart Working! Our continuous learning culture inspires and equips you to learn, share and grow, helping you achieve your fullest potential. As a result, at Aon, you are more connected, more relevant, and more valued.
