What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Presales Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Converting customer / reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
• Meeting with end-users to understand their requirements in detail.
• Generating Bills of Materials (BoM) and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.
• Conducting product demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for customers.
• Arranging and delivering technical trainings for partners and customers.
• Reviewing and analyzing RFPs/RFQs, preparing technical compliance sheets, and drafting technical proposals.

What You Bring to the Role:

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3-5 years of pre-sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of: Juniper, Cisco, and HPE technologies.
• Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively and independently.
• Must be open to learning new technologies and obtaining new certifications as per business requirements.

Preferred Technical Certifications:

• Juniper: JNCIA-MistAI / JNCIS-MistAI, JNCIA-WLAN / JNCIA-DC / JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-ENTHPE
• Aruba: ACMA / ACMP / ACCA or Aruba Certified Edge Associate
• Cisco: CCNA / CCNP (Enterprise or Security)
• Additional advantages: CWNA or Security+
