Maintenance Manager (EN) (M/F)

Management of Equipment Maintenance activities, identifying needs, allocating resources and managing maintenance operations and ensuring management control and reporting of the area in line with superior guidelines and established procedures, in order to guarantee a response to the maintenance needs of the different areas within the desired deadlines and to ensure the efficiency of operations.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

• Higher Education in Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in management and maintenance of quarries or construction equipments;
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems;
• Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices;
• Solid knowledge in MS Office and SAP (preferred);
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Portuguese language;
• Planning and Organization;
• Accuracy and Reliability;
