What You Bring

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of professional experience in identity and access management or related field
• Knowledge of access control models and information security
• Ability to accept feedback and apply it constructively
• Strong analytical thinking and technical documentation skills
• Effective communication and active listening abilities
• Intellectual curiosity and learning agility

What Sets You Apart

• Familiarity with cloud identity and access management systems
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Active Directory
• Understanding of encryption technologies and cybersecurity principles
• Knowledge of privileged access management and role-based access control
• Awareness of IT governance and risk management practices
• Ability to collaborate with AI and digital tooling
