HR Operations Specialist – German, fixed-term for 2 years

YOUR TASKS

• Betreuung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt.
• Pflege von Personalstammdaten und Personalakten in SAP.
• Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen sowie Unterstützung bei weiteren HR-Prozessen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat und internen Schnittstellen.
• Erstellung von HR-Auswertungen und Reports.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Erste Erfahrung im HR-Bereich; SAP-HR-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
• Proaktive Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Service- und Lösungsorientierung.
