Job Description

Autoliv's primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags, and steering wheels, and you can be part of our team as an Automation Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Improvements and automation of the processes;
  • PLC programming;
  • Responsible for the PLC backup database;
  • Cooperation with the suppliers (spares, sensors, PLC’s…);
  • Testing and validation of Poka Yoke systems and documentation.

If you have/are:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the automation field;
  • Good knowledge about PLC programming & Scada Systems (Step7, WinCC Flexible, Tia Portal);
  • Good knowledge of electro-pneumatic systems, electrical schemes;
  • Good knowledge of industrial robots (Fanuc, Omron);
  • Passion for technology;
  • Innovative way of thinking;
  • Good Communication skills, and you see yourself as a proactive, responsible person.
