Building & civil engineering relief & support (engineer)

Cover assigned civil engineering duties during staff absences or peak workloads.

Inspect reported defects and recommend suitable repair methods.

Coordinate civil maintenance tasks and supervise assigned technicians.

Support preparation of work scopes, material estimates and schedules.

Monitor repair quality and verify completed work.

Coordinate with M&E teams to resolve maintenance issues affecting multiple disciplines.

Follow up on pending work orders and urgent repairs.

Maintain inspection records, progress updates and handover notes.

Ensure compliance with approved specifications and site safety procedures.
