At Medido Health, we combine healthcare and technology to improve the way healthcare data and services are connected and delivered.
Our platform helps healthcare organizations connect systems, data, and workflows to support better patient care. We build secure, reliable, and scalable technology for healthcare environments where data privacy, security, and reliability matter.
We are looking for a Junior QA & Customer Support Engineer who enjoys helping people, solving problems, testing software, and learning how technology works.
As a Junior QA & Customer Support Engineer, you will be one of the first people customers and users interact with when they need help. You will support Medido Health products such as Knostos, AIME, the Mobile App, and other healthcare solutions. The role combines customer support and software quality assurance. You will investigate customer issues, reproduce problems, test new features, document bugs, and work closely with QA, Engineering, Product, and other teams to make sure issues are properly understood and resolved. This is a great role for someone who wants to build a career in QA, technical support, application support, or software engineering.
We are looking for someone who is curious, patient, and comfortable asking questions. You should enjoy figuring out why something is not working, rather than simply passing the problem to someone else. You should be able to communicate clearly with customers while also communicating technical details effectively to engineers. Because we work in healthcare, we also expect you to take security, privacy, data quality, and customer trust seriously.
Initial training will be provided onsite during regular business hours. The regular work schedule is Thursday through Monday, 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM Palestine time.(It could be changed depending on the support shift) Candidates must be able to consistently work this schedule, and be flexible for any changes. Due to daylight saving time differences, the corresponding Palestine schedule may change during the year.
This is a online position based in Palestine. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for working remotely/hybrid and handling sensitive healthcare information. Company location in Palestine: Falcon Building @ Al-Bireh-Ramallah, Palestine
This role gives you the opportunity to work directly with real healthcare technology while developing skills in customer support, QA, troubleshooting, APIs, databases, and software development. You will work closely with experienced engineers and QA professionals and gain hands-on experience with systems that support healthcare organizations. If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and understanding how software works, we would love to hear from you.
