About the Opportunity

Are you ready to start your career in the pharmaceutical industry and contribute to creating better health for people and a brighter future for the world? Takeda Portugal is looking for three talented and motivated Trainees to join our team in Lisbon, with opportunities available across Sales, Marketing, and Patient Value & Access & Medical. Depending on the role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting commercial planning and performance, marketing and brand initiatives, or medical, scientific and patient access activities. In all three positions, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, contribute to meaningful projects and develop a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

What You Will Do

As a Takeda Trainee, you will:

• Support the planning and execution of projects and initiatives within your assigned function.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, presentations and preparation of relevant materials.
• Support the coordination of meetings, events and key team activities.
• Conduct research and gather relevant market, business or scientific insights.
• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute ideas and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
• Participate in training and development opportunities throughout your traineeship.
• Perform all activities in accordance with Takeda's policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Who We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree, completed or nearing completion, in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Health Sciences or another relevant field. Previous professional or pharmaceutical industry experience is not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive and eager to learn. Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good written and spoken Portuguese and English. Genuine interest in healthcare, innovation and the pharmaceutical industry.
