A day in your life within Transcom!

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs to extending offers and welcoming new team members
• Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to define recruitment strategies, align expectations and deliver effective hiring solutions
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, building talent pipelines to support current and future business needs
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience and motivation to ensure the right match for each role
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, transparent and engaging recruitment process
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and explore innovative ways to attract top talent
• Stay up to date with market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our approach

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a similar HR role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to monitor recruitment metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in the local language (Portuguese)
• A collaborative mindset, adaptability and a genuine passion for people
