Hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, 24/7

Provide customer and technical support via phone and email, assisting customers with device usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues. Responsibilities include processing orders, handling invoicing and shipment tracking, managing sensitive information, and resolving customer concerns professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and work effectively in a team.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Necessary Documentation: EU Passport or valid Portuguese work documents
