Job Description

#WeAreIn for jobs that impact everyone's life.

Behind every breakthrough is a blueprint: ready to shape the strategy that propels innovation? As a Senior UX/UI Designer in our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer in our international Corporate Customer and User Experience Design team, you'll own design problems from the first question to the shipped solution.

  • Own design workstreams end to end within cross-functional teams: collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, developers and fellow designers to drive features, products or applications from discovery through design, hand-off and launch. Take ownership of your work while considering complete user journeys rather than isolated screens.
  • Frame the problem before solving it: work with stakeholders to identify and clarify the underlying problems, challenge assumptions, define desired outcomes and bring structure to complex or ambiguous challenges before exploring solutions.
  • Turn insights into intuitive and engaging digital experiences: translate research findings, user needs, business requirements and technical constraints into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction patterns, prototypes and polished high-fidelity UI. Integrate feedback, research findings, analytics/data and critique throughout the design process.
  • Validate and improve design solutions through evidence: partner with UX research and analytics to test concepts, evaluate usability and assess design effectiveness. Use qualitative and quantitative findings to identify opportunities, inform decisions and continuously improve the experience.
  • Set a high bar for design quality and consistency: apply strong visual and interaction design craft across typography, hierarchy, spacing, layout, composition and color; champion accessibility and inclusive design; and contribute reusable patterns and components to evolve our enterprise design system.
  • Influence decisions and navigate trade-offs: communicate a clear design point of view, recommend solutions and explain the rationale behind them using user evidence, UX principles and business context; align stakeholders and balance user value, business goals, technical feasibility and delivery constraints.
  • Raise the bar for the wider team: be a trusted design partner and go-to resource for fellow designers, provide constructive critique and guidance, support less experienced colleagues, and help improve our design practices, tools and ways of working.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • 5+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience, with a strong track record of independently owning complex digital products or workstreams end to end; experience in B2B, enterprise software, industrial, semiconductor, engineering or similarly complex environments is a plus. A relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Information Design or a related discipline) is welcome, but a strong portfolio can take its place.
  • A strong portfolio that shows how you think as well as what you create: clearly demonstrate the problem you were solving, your role and decisions, how research or evidence informed the work, and the quality and impact of the final experience.
  • Excellent UX, interaction and visual design craft: strong command of information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, responsive/adaptive design, typography, hierarchy, layout, composition and high-fidelity UI.
  • Strong systems thinking: experience working with and contributing to design systems, identifying inconsistencies, creating scalable reusable patterns and designing coherently across journeys, products and touchpoints.
  • Evidence-driven and user-centred mindset: confident using research, usability testing, analytics and other evidence to challenge assumptions, evaluate solutions and make informed design decisions; solid understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, combined with curiosity about emerging AI-enabled design workflows and the judgement to use them where they genuinely improve quality, exploration or speed.
  • Fluency in English.

Please send us your CV in English and a portfolio (must have) or case-study collection.
