Sales Representative for Social Media Platform – Portuguese & English Market (m/f/x)

About the Role

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to support the growth of a major social media platform. The role focuses on proactive outreach, identifying business opportunities, presenting software solutions, and managing the full sales cycle with both Portuguese‑speaking and English‑speaking prospects.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential leads to introduce software solutions
• Identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of sales opportunities
• Conduct consistent follow‑ups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
• Present product features and benefits according to client needs
• Track outreach, lead status, and interactions in the CRM
• Work toward monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements

• Strong interest and basic knowledge of AI tools, cloud services, and software solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving products and market trends
• Strong organization and independence in managing a sales pipeline
• Analytical mindset for qualifying leads
• Fluent English + native/bilingual Portuguese
• Goal‑oriented profile with motivation to achieve targets
• Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or software sales is a plus

Training

Approximately 8 working days, 8 hours per day. Includes product training, tools, communication guidelines, and on‑the‑job practice. Training is compensated proportionally upon successful completion.

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00
• 22 vacation days per year
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly

• Employment contract with uncertain term (12 months, extendable)
• Possibility of permanent contract after 2 years

Salary Simulation (monthly gross)

• Base salary: 938 €
• Holiday allowance: 78.17 €
• Christmas allowance: 78.17 €
• Meal allowance: 154 €
• Total gross: 1,248.33 €
• Variable bonus: up to 1,000 € (performance‑based)
