Outbound sales representative (english)

Cross Border Talents is recruiting an Outbound Sales Representative for an international team in Lisbon. Are you confident speaking with people, enjoy sales conversations, and feel comfortable working towards targets? This could be an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career.

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce insurance and health-protection products.
• Explain product features and available options.
• Answer questions and address customer concerns.
• Identify customer needs and support the sales process.

What we are looking for

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Motivation to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.

Location and eligibility

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. You must already have legal authorisation to work in Portugal. Current residence in Lisbon is mandatory.
