Italian-Speaking Sales & Customer Engagement Representative

Cross Border Talents is recruiting an Italian-speaking professional for a customer engagement and sales opportunity in Lisbon. If you are persuasive, enjoy conversations with customers, and want to develop your commercial skills, this role could be a good fit.

Your main tasks

• Contact customers by phone and introduce relevant products or services.
• Explain product features and answer questions.
• Understand customer needs and respond to concerns.
• Build positive relationships through professional communication.
• Contribute to sales and customer engagement objectives.

Your profile

• Fluent Italian.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• A proactive attitude and interest in customer-facing work.
• Confidence communicating over the phone.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

Mandatory eligibility

• You must already be authorised to work legally in Portugal.
• You must currently reside in Lisbon, Portugal.
