French & English Technical Support Specialist

Cross Border Talents is looking for a French and English-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join an international support team in Lisbon. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with technology, and helping people resolve technical problems, we would love to hear from you.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical questions and issues.
• Guide users through troubleshooting procedures.
• Explain technical solutions in a clear and accessible way.
• Record customer interactions and relevant case information.
• Provide professional support and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent French and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence using computers and digital tools.
• A patient, customer-oriented approach.

Please note: The position is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Candidates must currently reside in Lisbon.
