Working with the GBS team, Global Transformation Office and global functions, you'll play a key role in enabling effective governance, transparency, and control across some of Reckitt's most strategic programmes and initiatives. You'll help shape and maintain the governance frameworks, tools, and processes that support successful delivery.

About the role

The Senior Analyst – Project Management Office Governance sits within the PMO team and is responsible for supporting and enhancing governance. The role acts as a custodian of governance standards, processes, tools, and programme assets, ensuring governance activities are delivered consistently and efficiently.

Working closely with GBS Leaders and Programme Managers, you will coordinate key governance forums, maintain governance and collaboration platforms, manage critical programme documentation, and provide high-quality reporting and operational support. You will also play an active role in identifying opportunities to improve PMO practices, governance processes, and portfolio management tools.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate key GBS governance forums, including agenda management, content collection, production of governance packs, meeting logistics, minute-taking, action tracking, and decision management.
• Own and administer GBS SharePoint sites, document repositories, and folder structures, ensuring effective access management, governance controls, and compliance with information management standards.
• Support the maintenance of governance calendars, milestone plans, portfolio reporting schedules, and PMO operational activities.
• Act as custodian of programme level assets including playbooks and governance documentation, ensuring information remains current, accurate, organised, and accessible.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with project teams, programme teams, and leadership groups.

The experience we're looking for

• Experience supporting governance, PMO, project, programme, or portfolio management activities within a structured business environment.
• Experience preparing and coordinating governance forums, steering committees, leadership reviews, or similar management meetings.
• Experience producing reports, presentations, meeting packs, minutes, and governance documentation to a high standard.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
• Experience maintaining document repositories, SharePoint sites, knowledge management platforms, or collaboration tools.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written).
