This Job Role is part of Job Family "Legal, Compliance and Intellectual Property" / Sub-Job-Family "Compliance/Governance" and includes jobs responsible for protecting the company's reputation for integrity, risk mitigation, providing counseling to the business on legal and compliance matters and capturing opportunities utilizing the potential of the law.

Your job role as Product - Legal Audit & Process Expert:

• Lead Product Compliance Audits: Plan and conduct audits of products, documentation, processes, labeling, certifications, and specifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Monitor industry regulations, evaluate compliance requirements, and recommend policy or process updates for the aftermarket product portfolio.
• Manage Risk & Non-Conformities: Identify compliance risks, conduct risk assessments, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead Cross-Functional Compliance Initiatives: Coordinate task forces and Product Compliance Review Boards to resolve compliance issues and execute action plans effectively.
• Report & Escalate Compliance Findings: Prepare audit reports, communicate findings to stakeholders and management, and escalate significant regulatory concerns when necessary.
• Develop & Support the Team: Delegate audit activities, provide guidance and training to team members and new hires, and ensure continuous improvement in compliance practices.

Skills and experience required for Product - Legal Audit & Process Expert:

• Master’s degree in Law with relevant compliance or auditing qualifications.
• 8+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or auditing functions.
• Expertise in product compliance, auditing, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of automotive regulations, aftermarket products, and global compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and projects, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
