Head of Instruments - Poland & Baltics

Based Warsaw, Poland

We're looking for an ambitious and inspiring Head of Instruments | Poland & Baltics to lead our Instruments business across the region. This is a strategic leadership role at the crossroads of commercial growth, innovation, operational excellence, and people development.

You will lead a team of sales and service professionals, shape our market strategy, and drive the transformation of our Instruments business into a highly competitive Med-Tech organization. Success in this role will require the ability to lead teams through change, manage cross-functional projects, and bring people together around a shared vision.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Instruments business across Poland and the Baltics
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 sales and technical professionals through change
• Identify growth opportunities through portfolio management, pricing strategy, and market insights
• Manage strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence
• Partner with global and local stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to customers
• Ensure high service standards and operational excellence across workshop, logistics, and customer support activities
• Represent the Instruments business internally and externally, building strong relationships with customers and partners

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in Med-Tech, Medical Devices, Optical Equipment, Healthcare Technology, or a related industry
• Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary sales and service teams through transformation, change, and business growth
• Strategic and commercial mindset, with project management skills and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Fluent Polish and advanced English
