Job Summary

The Ethics & Compliance Specialist/Manager serves as the primary onsite functional representative for the Poland AP‑1000 project, providing local leadership, daily coordination, and execution of Ethics & Compliance activity. This includes employee intakes, consultations, investigations, training, trend analysis, and program implementation in alignment with Bechtel and Poland AP-1000 Project policies, applicable Polish law, EU regulatory frameworks, and contractual requirements.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead, conduct, and/or oversee Ethics & Compliance investigations from initial intake through formal closure.
• Develop and execute investigation plans, including evidence collection, document review, site observation, and interviews.
• Document findings in approved case management systems.
• Manage employee intakes, helpline follow‑ups, and general concerns.
• Deliver onboarding and recurrent training on Ethics & Compliance topics.
• Monitor helpline activity and local concern intake trends.

Education and Experience Requirements

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
