Assistant Product Manager (GL, FA & Controlling)

Location: Infosys Wroclaw

We are looking for a person with:

• 4+ years of SAP GL experience (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Business Planning and Consolidation)
• SAP ECC/ SAP4HANA module experience
• SAP implementation will be an advantage
• Good understanding of business processes (RtR, PtP, OtC)
• Experience in client-facing/service roles
• Experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes
• Full life-cycle financial system implementation experience will be an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong enterprise level consulting skills
• Strong problem resolution skills - proven ability to engage and interact with internal & external teams to resolve client issues
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical concepts quickly
• Ability to address and manage through ambiguous situations - assess situations, solve problems and make decisions
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines

Your key activities

• GL area (General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Business Planning and Consolidation)
• Maintenance of Chart of Accounts and accounting periods
• Exchange rates load process
• Revaluation of foreign exchange gains and losses, along with balance carryforward
• Fixed Assets depreciation execution
• Intercompany AR/AP gain- loss program execution
• BPC tool maintenance and support, running financial statement consolidation
• Management Cost Allocation process which is a part of Controlling area
• Cooperation with Senior stakeholders as Functional Consultant with Technical Consultants, or extended services resources join the project.
• Quickly and effectively gather clients’ business requirements to configure SAP
• Manage client expectations and drive client deliverables
• Develop and maintain strong functional and technical product knowledge
• Effectively communicate and work with internal and client project teams, international and multi-cultural clients
• Effectively communicate complex ideas and persuade clients to adopt the recommended solution remotely

Work effectively with peers, other departments, and management.
