We are looking for an application developer who is proficient with React.js, JavaScript, relational database, and SOAP/REST APIs. The primary focus will be on developing SOAP APIs, user interface components, mobile app and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redu). The role will ensure that these components and the overall applications are robust and easy to maintain. The position will also involve coordinating with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

• Architecture and develop financial and customer-oriented solutions.
• Website and Applications Development using the industry standards for Mobile, Web and Financial platforms.
• Reporting and Analytics platform Creation, Implementation and Deployment of source code which follow industry standards.
• Testing and debugging, existing and new applications and platforms and perform updates and enhancements.
• Documenting processes and architectures implementing during the development phases.
• Developing and consuming Restful and SOAP web services.
• Developing APIs for third party integrations.
• Maintaining and Updating My Vodafone App and Vodafone PNG Website.

Skills And Experiences

• Have a Degree in Computing Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or similar discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of proven hands-on Software Development experience.
• Knowledge of databases and server management.
• Knowledge about financial systems and cloud will be an advantage.
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude.
