As a Product Supply Manager, you will be at the intersection of business strategy and supply chain execution, driving business growth through smart, data-driven decisions. You will ensure products are available to consumers when and where they need them, while optimizing service, cost, inventory, and profitability.

Build End-to-End Expertise Through Rotations

Early in your career, you will participate in our rotational development program, taking on new assignments every 2 to 3 years based on your strengths, interests, and business needs. This provides unique opportunities to build broad end-to-end expertise across multiple areas of Product Supply, including:

• Demand Planning:
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Logistics teams to develop demand forecasts and business plans.
  • Lead the integrated Business Operations Planning (BOP) process to improve forecast accuracy, drive growth, and enhance operational performance.
• Customer Supply Chain:
  • Collaborate with key customers to understand their supply chain needs and improve product availability, responsiveness, and efficiency across the joint supply network.
  • Drive initiatives that create value for both customers and consumers.
• Operation:
  • Manage warehousing and third-party logistics (3PL) operations to ensure excellent service, operational efficiency, and product quality.
  • Optimize the movement of goods from distribution centers to customers while balancing cost and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields, and is expected to graduate by July 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to extract insights from data and translate them into business actions.
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Passion for driving business growth through operational excellence.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, data analytics, or digital tools is a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in Taiwan.
