Position Summary
Supports the delivery of training programs for a newly launching BPO account, facilitating new hire and process training to ensure agents are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to meet client requirements at go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire training, product/process knowledge sessions, and systems training based on approved curriculum
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, or blended training sessions to new and existing employees
- Administer assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure trainee comprehension and readiness
- Monitor trainee progress during training and nesting; provide coaching and remediation for at-risk trainees
- Assist in updating and customizing training materials, modules, and job aids based on client specs
- Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and Workforce Management on trainee performance and transition to production
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance reports
- Gather feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods
- Support the Training Manager in preparing for program launch milestones and client audits
