Job Summary
The Healthcare Trainer is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and evaluating training programs that support U.S. healthcare contact center operations. This role delivers New Hire, Upskilling, Refresher, and Performance Improvement training for healthcare programs, ensuring employees develop the knowledge, skills, and compliance awareness necessary to meet client, regulatory, and operational expectations.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting U.S. healthcare programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, Commercial Health Plans, Managed Care, or Provider Services and possesses a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, customer service, and contact center operations.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of training, facilitation, coaching, or instructional experience within a contact center, BPO, healthcare organization, or managed services environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting U.S. healthcare programs.
- Experience training employees on Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, Commercial Health Plans, Managed Care, Provider Services, or related healthcare programs.
- Experience facilitating both virtual and classroom instructor-led training environments.
