Job Description:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer application, BE / B. Tech, Any Graduate. Experience: 4+ Years experience in IT Management with at least 1-2 years’ experience as a team leader or in an IT department managerial role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Comprehensive Understanding of Network architecture and Client/server
  • Extensive experience in the delivery of IT incident and problem management
  • Experience with Mac, Linux and Windows platforms
  • Cloud and VDI Infra

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Regular activities include network engineering and troubleshooting application, data cabling, systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments, root cause analysis in problem solving, and assistance in managing the daily activities of the department.
  • Running regular checks on network and data security
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
  • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
  • Designing training programs and workshops for staff
  • Conducting regular system audits
  • Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
  • Providing direction for IT team members
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancements
  • Ensure ICSAT, ESAT scores are maintained
  • Handling Client and Vendor Management
