Scope of responsibility for Customer Reporting Junior Analyst is data analysis and quality measurement in terms of reporting process. Customer Reporting Junior Analyst is responsible for report preparation and sending reports to Customer in the base of defined documentation which includes customer specific requirements, with the highest quality within specific deadline.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Completing assigned tasks according to deployed Account Setup Forms (ASF) for the enrolled accounts in scope.
• Established communication with the Account Owners, Stakeholders and globally located departments.
• Updating documentation related to the reporting process.
• 1st level support for the queries related to the data quality in specific reports.
• Working on problems/projects from simple to moderate complex scope.
• Auditing reports prepared by other team members to ensure their quality and compliance with established standards.
• Proposing improvements/optimizations of performed processes and its implementation once agreed with the supervisor.
• Replying to emails within two working days.
• Other tasks requested by the superior.
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and manager’s orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company.
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with DSV values.
• Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

Education and skills:

• University Graduate (transportation studies are preferable) or trained Forwarder - preferred.
• English language at least at a B2 level.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Analytical skills.
