Your Role:

As a Data Research Supervisor, you will:

• Market & Company Discovery: Research and identify target public accounting and legal firms using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google X-ray logic, and industry directories.
• Company & Contact Data Build-Out: Sourcing, verifying, and logging decision-maker details into the CRM, including full names, verified business emails, direct lines, locations, practice areas, and LinkedIn URLs.
• Lead & Candidate Generation: Generate targeted candidate and client pipelines via LinkedIn sourcing and log profiles and outreach notes into the CRM.
• CRM Data Hygiene & Verification: Vetting companies for size, location, and specialization while performing email verification and eliminating duplicate CRM records.
• Outreach Execution & Workflow Management: Utilize Microsoft Outlook and CRM sequence tools to execute candidate lead generation campaigns and track response rates.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 1–3 Years B2B Data Research Experience: Proven background in B2B data research, lead generation, market sourcing, or recruitment candidate sourcing.
• Advanced Sourcing Tech Stack: Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean search strings, Google X-ray techniques, and modern CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• B2B Data Intelligence Tools: Direct experience utilizing data enrichment and email verification platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io).
• Data Accuracy & Verification Standards: Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, record deduplication, and contact verification.
• US Market & Location Structure: Solid understanding of US geographic parameters (City, State, Zip) and corporate titles within professional services.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Prior research or sourcing experience supporting the US Public Accounting or Legal sectors.
• Familiarity with recruitment CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills for data cleaning, list formatting, and deduplication.
• Self-motivated ability to meet daily research quotas and manage independent deliverables.
