This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP

Under supervision of the CRSP Lead, the Central Receiving & Shipping Point (CRSP) Foreman directly supervises and leads daily yard and warehouse operations. The Foreman directs floor and yard crews, coordinates receipt and shipping schedules with military and commercial carriers, enforces job-site safety and PPE compliance, and oversees the operation and maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE), investigates frustrated cargo, verifies HAZMAT documentation, and executes throughput priorities across all assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Directing, tasking, and supervising warehouse labor across daily receiving, staging, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Provide accountability for cargo received and shipped through the operations facility.
• Overseeing cargo discharge/loading operations (flatbeds, commercial carriers, containers) and verifying BOLs, HAZMAT manifests, and TMRs.
• Enforcing OSHA and military safety compliance, leading daily Tailgate Safety Briefings, conducting MHE operator spot-checks, and inspecting PPE.
• Investigating, isolating, and resolving frustrated or misrouted cargo; establishing departmental staging priorities to eliminate cross-contamination.
• Managing equipment maintenance logs, staging lane readiness, and routine facility preservation.
• Conducting daily "Tailgate Safety Meetings" and ensuring all staff are wearing proper PPE and following safety protocols.
• Ensuring the wrapping and palletizing of outgoing shipments is correct.
• Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications:

High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of freight/warehousing operations experience, OR an associate degree with 1+ years of experience. At least 1 years must be in a lead, crew chief, or foreman role within a military CRSP, logistics staging area (LSA), or commercial cross-dock facility.

Education/Certifications:

A valid Philippine driver’s license is required.
Must be a Filipino citizen and have a Philippine Passport.
S. Diploma + 2 years’ experience OR associate’s degree with 1 years’ experience.

Experience:

At least 1 years must be in a lead, crew chief, or foreman role within a military CRSP, logistics staging area (LSA), or commercial cross-dock facility.
Warehousing and cross-dock freight experience is a must.
Having a forklift operator’s license and being able to learn or operate a manual transmission is a plus.

Skills:

Working knowledge of warehouse management software and logistics enterprise systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to direct yard workflows, delegate work assignments, keep operational records, and prepare freight activity reports.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver tactical shift briefs and address carrier or customer requirements effectively.
Self-starter capable of executing floor and yard responsibilities under minimal supervision.

Supervisory Skills:

Experience as a foreman or in a lead capacity regarding shipping and receiving services civilian.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Conducting daily "Tailgate Safety Meetings" and ensuring all staff are wearing proper PPE and following safety protocols.
Planning, assigning, and directing the daily tasks of subordinate warehouse staff and MHE operators.

Working Conditions:

Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).
Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.

Physical Requirements:

Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
