As a Clearance & Brokerage Training Specialist, you will drive operational excellence by developing and delivering technical learning solutions that strengthen the capabilities of our Clearance & Brokerage teams. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver compliant, efficient, and customer-focused customs clearance services.

The Clearance & Brokerage Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs that enhance employee capability, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across Clearance & Brokerage operations. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role partners with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, develop effective learning solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also contributes to operational readiness by supporting new process implementations, system enhancements, and organizational change through structured training and knowledge transfer.
