Position Title: Branch Head

Job Summary:

• Process and interpret information to derive meaningful insights, make informed decisions, and leverage insights to think creatively and explore unconventional solutions.
• Identify and contact potential customers in order to generate new business.
• Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
• Build connections with customers and lay the foundation for trust.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Understand and use modern technology effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in banking, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations.
• Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership.
• Experience in overseeing full branch operations, including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management.
