Job Description

You’ll be responsible for:
- Leads the development and delivery of winning bid strategies, aligning client objectives, market insights and governance requirements.
- Facilitates stakeholder workshops to shape compelling value propositions and pursuit plans.
- Manages bid programmes, timelines, resources and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery.
- Produces, reviews and quality-assures compliant, high-quality submissions and presentation materials.
- Builds strong client, consultant and SME relationships to strengthen bid outcomes and market positioning.
- Drives continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and sustainable practices, supporting Mace’s net zero carbon ambitions.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree-qualified with APMP accreditation or equivalent professional credentials.
- Strong bid leadership, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- Excellent written communication, content development and quality assurance capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, bid management and collaboration platforms.
