As Key Account Manager, you will drive growth across a key retail partner by delivering revenue, profit and market share targets. You’ll develop and execute commercial plans aligned to business strategy, leveraging insights and data to identify opportunities, mitigate risk and influence outcomes.
You will lead account strategy, manage forecasting to meet demand, and partner cross-functionally to ensure strong execution across stores. Building trusted relationships internally and externally will be critical to maximising performance and delivering ongoing success.
You are a highly driven, commercially astute National Account Manager ready for a new role that will challenge and develop you. Your background is within Whitegoods, Consumer Electronics, Retail or other ‘product’ related company.
A confident communicator who can influence, present and connect at every level. Customer centric, with a natural instinct for uncovering needs and unlocking growth opportunities. Results-driven, with a strong track record of delivering and exceeding targets. A strategic thinker who thrives on turning plans into action and owning outcomes end-to-end. Data-savvy, able to translate insights into compelling commercial decisions. A skilled negotiator who builds trusted, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders. Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to juggle priorities and keep things moving. Experienced in managing weekly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment between supply and demand. Power Bi and SAP experience would be advantageous.
