Use your coordination skills to help keep telecommunications projects moving.

We have a great opportunity for an organised and proactive Corridor Access Requests (CARs) Coordinator to join our Telco team. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Kerrs Road office in Auckland.

You’ll coordinate the council permissions, applications and supporting documentation required before work can begin in public road corridors. You’ll connect the dots between councils, clients and our delivery teams, keeping approvals on track and our crews ready to go.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating corridor access applications and approvals
• Preparing and maintaining accurate job plans and documentation
• Reviewing council conditions and communicating requirements to delivery teams
• Keeping internal and external stakeholders informed
• Identifying risks and resolving or escalating issues as required

• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to make decisions
