About the Role

We are looking for a technically minded and proactive individual with a passion for business systems, data, automation, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end systems, enjoy solving complex problems, and be comfortable working with data to drive better business outcomes.

This role plays a key part in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining our core business applications while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SQL Server databases, including automation, scripting, performance optimization, and routine maintenance activities
• Perform system and user acceptance testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes as part of the software development and release lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for system improvements and ongoing development initiatives
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate documentation for new and existing processes, procedures, and system functionality
• Support and configure the front-end components of key business applications to ensure optimal user experience and system performance
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in a timely and effective manner
• Monitor system integrations and interfaces, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure reliable data flow across platforms
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through technology and process enhancements
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to support system adoption, continuous improvement, and business transformation initiatives
