Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong accounting and financial management knowledge to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and planning. The ideal candidate should be a Semi-Qualified CA or have a finance background with 3–4 years of relevant experience and strong analytical and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general accounting activities.
• Ensure timely tax filing, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor expenses, cash flow, and working capital to ensure effective financial management.
• Establish and maintain proper internal controls and financial procedures.
• Supervise and support the finance and accounts team.
• Assist management in financial decision-making and business planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Semi-qualified CA is preferred, but candidates with relevant qualifications and strong finance and accounting experience are also encouraged to apply.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management will be preferred.
