Position: Business Analyst

Location: Kalopul, Kathmandu

Work Type: Full-Time On-Site

Working Time: 7 AM to 4 PM

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is interested in understanding business operations, analyzing information, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is curious about products, users, and how technology can solve real-world problems, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a product-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Gather, organize, and analyze business and operational information.
• Work closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and priorities.
• Document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities and trends to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support business planning, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business insights for management.
• Collaborate with different cross-functional teams to understand challenges and help identify practical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from a reputed institution.
• 0-1 years of experience in business analysis, operations, management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized approach to work.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
