Overview

The Account Technology Strategist (ATS) is a customer-facing technology leadership role within Microsoft's sales organization. You will partner with one of the world's leading semiconductor and advanced manufacturing companies, helping senior business and technology leaders solve business challenges through AI, cloud, data, and security solutions. Acting as the bridge between business strategy and technology, you will shape technology roadmaps, influence executive decision-making, drive adoption of Microsoft solutions, and help deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, cloud, data, and security transformation initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with executive and technology leaders.
• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned to customer business priorities.
• Accelerate adoption of Microsoft Azure, AI, and security solutions.
• Identify new opportunities that drive innovation, business value, and platform growth.
• Lead complex engagements across Microsoft, partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Advocate for customer needs and influence product and engineering direction.

Qualifications

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading enterprise AI, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AI, data, security, and hybrid cloud technologies.
• Ability to translate technology strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Commercial acumen with experience driving technology adoption and growth.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across complex organizations.
• Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, R&D, or innovation-led industries.

Account Technology IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 86,300.00 - € 170,800.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
