Customer success executive

We are urgently seeking a Customer Success Executive based in Namibia to manage key customer relationships, provide ongoing support and coordinate fleet management and telematics-related requirements. The successful candidate will ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service.

We are urgently seeking an experienced Customer Success Executive to join our client on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Salary: N$18,000 – N$25,000 per month, depending on experience

Location: Namibia – Candidates MUST be based in Namibia

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination or logistics-related customer service. Experience within fleet management, telematics or transport operations will be highly advantageous.
