Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals within Product Development.
• Drive team performance, ensuring delivery of project objectives, quality standards, and business targets.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
• Establish and maintain effective team operating standards, processes, and best practices.
• Allocate resources and manage priorities to address operational and project challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support product development activities and strategic initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Support problem-solving and decision-making activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience within semiconductor, product development, R&D, or related industries.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams, projects, or engineering organizations.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop, motivate, and coach engineering talent.
• Experience managing technical projects and resource planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
